WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

FAQ

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
If you are coming to our Head Church at La Romaine, our Sunday service commences at 8:00 am. 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN
You will be greeted by an usher who will escort you to your seat.
Our service runs for one and a half hours and you can expect an opening prayer, followed by songs of worship from our singing team. Words for all songs are shown on  monitors for your viewing. In our church you can expect to see lifting up of hands, verbal expressions of praise to God and Dancing. There is a short exhortation before our offering time after which announcements of upcoming events are made. You can then expect the preaching of the word which runs for approximately 40 minutes. 
Please note that even though we have a planned program, we acknowledge that the Holy Spirit directs our service and He is free to disrupt our plan.
After service, you will be escorted by an usher to a room for a light refreshments and for a meet and greet with the Pastors. Lastly you are kindly asked to fill out our connect card so that we can keep in contact with you.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Even though we have a dress code that asks all to dress modestly, as a first time visitor, you are
free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. 

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

At our head church in La Romaine unfortunately our Parking Lot is small. It can hold approximately twenty five cars. When our parking lot is filled, roadside parking takes place. So its imperative you come early to park your car in the parking lot.

  I HAVE KIDS CAN I BRING THEM ?

Yes you can bring your kids. We have our kids ministry popularly called “Junior Church” from 9:15 am on Sunday mornings.. A high energy and high impact moment for your kids in worship and understanding God’s Word. On Friday nights there is also a special session called “Kingdom Kids” where they come to fellowship, sing, watch Christian based movies  and learn the bible.

I AM NOT A CHRISTIAN CAN I STILL COME?
All are welcome. Christian or None-Christian. It is our hope though that you respond to the gospel that was preached and accept the invitation to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life.

WILL I BE EXPECTED TO GIVE MONEY?
Our church receives tithes and offerings and believes in the principle of giving. However we are not forcing you to give. It is your choice
to give or not.

WHAT IS YOUR WORSHIP LIKE?
We sing all styles of music and worship loudly. You can expect to see lifting of hands, spontaneous praise, dance and even a few folks waving flags. There are times however where the worship atmosphere is very laid back and prayerful.

HOW MANY LOCATIONS ARE THERE?

Our head church at La Romaine is located at # 4 George Street, La Romaine. This is based in the southern part of the island of Trindad.
